The company was set up in 1958, once called “Tongxiang Lighting Factory”. Then it changed its name to “Zhejiang Haoting Lighting Co., Ltd.” It is a company group, which consists of “Tongxiang Lighting Factory”, “Zhejiang Merry Linen Co., Ltd.”, “Jiaxing Demeng Plastic Co., Ltd.”, “Tongxiang Guoyi Kindergarten”, “Zhouquan Kindergarten” and “Zhouquan Hotel”.
Products mainly contain lighting, linen and plastics. 96% of lighting is for export. Linen and plastics are mainly for import and sometimes for export.

Jiaxing Demeng Plastics Co

Jiaxing De Meng Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in Wutong Industrial Zone, Tongxiang City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, and was founded in 2005.
Established as a joint venture by Zhejiang Haoting Lighting Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Wanzhen Company, and Tongxiang Yafeng Hemp Textile Co., Ltd., as a Sino-foreign joint venture.

Tongxiang Ling'an General Factory

In 1998, the company get the rights of self-managed import and export. And in 2000, the company pass the ISO9000 Quality and Management System Verification. All products have International Safety Verification, such as SEMKO, ETL, GS, CE, etc. and Chinese CCC.
The company owns the rights of self-managed import and export. It is also a member of Tongxiang Industry "320 Project" Leader companies, which is one of Top 30 companies in Tongxiang. In 2010, the company became the first company passing national level safety production standardisation.
